This electronic mail address will be the only form of retrieval for a members password. Traffic-Exchange-Business.com allows only one(1) email address per account. Should you choose to use an e-mail address to any of the following, you risk not being able to verify your account, retrieve a lost password, etc. We recommend you NOT use Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail, or any ISP services such as RoadRunner, Comcast, Verizon, sbglobal, etc. Instead, please sign up for a free gmail account at http://mail.google.com. (2b) Lost Password: Each member receives access to their account only after supplying a correct password. This password is maintained by the individual member. In the event a member cannot remember their login password, the password will only be sent to the email address on record within the members profile section. (3) Credits: A credit has no monetary cash value. Credits have value only in exchange for services offered by Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Credits may be purchased, given away by Traffic-Exchange-Business for free, or earned by the member for using services offered by Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Specific earnings are not guaranteed and are determined by the number of services used by each member. (4) URL: All urls must allow the page to be completely loaded within a framed environment. Any member using a web page which breaks frames will have the page blocked and/or their account placed on "hold" status until this is corrected. If this is not achieved within 7 days, the member's account will be deleted from the sye R No credits shall be earned until such time that an appropriate ure Rprovided by the member.e> (5) OWNERSHIP: Members understand and agree that all of the materials provided on the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com web site are the sole property of Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Traffic-Exchange-Business.com maintains all rights to the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com name, logo, databases, web site, information and site graphics. Members may not, under any condition, use or modify any copyrighted material in ways not stated in these terms and conditions. Any material owned or created by Traffic-Exche RBusiness.com may be used solely for the purposes of promoting the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com site and/or referring new members to the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com web site. (6) FEES: Traffic-Exchange-Business.com is a free-to-use manual traffic exchange. Members are encouraged to upgrade to paid levels to receive more valuable benefits. Free members may surf and may refer other members. The credit bonuses received by free members will be at a fraction of those received by upgraded paid members. (7) REFERRAL POLICY: Members are encouraged to refer family, friends, and associates to the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com program. When a new member enrolls using your referral link, and they activate their account by viewing at least 30 sites, you will be credited with 50 referral credits as long as your account is in compliance with all terms contained in this agreement. A member earns referral credits for eae Rw member enrolled, if a new member has enrolled as the result of clicking on a referral link provided by Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Referral credits are 50 credits per referral. The referral must first view 30 sites to activate their account. Credits are then are then assigned to the referring member, provided the referring members account is in compliance with all terms contained in this agreement. (8) The use of SPAM to promote Traffic-Exchange-Business.com and/or build referral credits is strictly prohibited. (9) EARNING CREDITS: Members earn credits by viewing page displays of other members for at least 10 seconds. (9a) Free members of Traffic-Exchange-Business.com earn .8 credit for every 2 sites viewed. Upgraded members earn significantly better ratios. (10) CANCELLATION: Membership may be terminated at any time by either the member or Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Members may terminate their account by e-mail. To terminate send an email to support at Traffic-Exchange-Business.com. Include in the subject line "Termination Request". Request must provide First Name, Last Name, email address, and password for verification. At this time you must also remove any and all programming code, html, links and images belonging to Traffic-Exchange-Business.com from your web pages and any Internet media on which it was used. At the time of termination, all credits and referrals are lost by the member. (10a) Traffic-Exchange-Business.com reserves the right to terminate, at its discretion, any member found to be in violation of any of the terms or conditions contained in this agreement. (10b) If you have an upgraded subscriptioncription, you must PERSONALLY GO TO PAYPAL AND CANCSUBSCRIPTIONCRIPTION. That is not the responsibiTrafficf Traffi-Exchange-Business.com. (11) ACCEPTABLE USE: Traffic-Exchange-Business.com will not allow or tolerate any member who, through the use of the Traffic-Exchange-Business.com service, promotes by any means, material which contains, encourages, displays, or links to, explicitly or implicitly, any of the following: Pornographic material, Illegal activity, Racism, Libel, Harassment, Unsolicited email or Otherwise Adult-related, distasteful or inappropriate content. Sites may contain one pop-up. The pop-up must contain a "close" function accessible by the viewer. You may not have any exit pages, re-directs, under pages. Sites promoting paid to promote, paid to read, paid to click, paid to surf, HYPE's, randomizers, and/or gifting programs are also not permitted. (11a) Unacceptable use also includes the use of any means, artificial or real, the ability to inflate traffic counts, credits or clicks using any device, program robot or other means. Credits determined to be from fraudulent means will not be honored or redeemed. Any members account determined to have used such fraudulent means will be terminated, and all referrals shall be lost. (11b) Frames and Pop-ups: All web urls must load completely within the frame environment. This includes any URL which redirects a member to another site during page load, such as a tracking service. Each site is allowed one pop-up per page. Urls found to have more than one pop-up or breaks the frame environment will be suspended and all credits assigned to the page will be forfeited. (11c) No member may use the services provided by Traffic-Exchange-Business.com except with the intent with which the services were designed. Credits may be withheld from, and may result in the termination of, any member determined to be using the services incorrectly, maliciously, or against its intended purpose in any way. Traffic-Exchange-Business.com will use all means deemed necessary to make this determination. (11d) Traffic-Exchange-Business.com will immediately terminate, without obligation to redeem outstanding credits, any member who does not comply with all terms of this agreement, provides inaccurate or dishonest information for fraudulent purposes or is found linking to and/or promoting Traffic-Exchange-Business.com in newsgroups, bulk email, or guest books. All credits are automatically forfeited upon an account closure, whether member or admin initiated. (11e) Traffic-Exchange-Business.com reserves the right to be the sole judge as to the decision of offensive or unacceptable use. (12)Members, by making payment for upgrade, agree that all upgrades are FINAL and understands that NO refunds are offered under any circumstances EXCEPT for site downtime of more than 10 days in which case refund will be for the prorated period of failure. Further, all subscription payments are the responsibility of the member and any cancellation of the subscription must be conducted by the member via the appropriate payment processor. No refund will be offered in the event a member intended to cancel a subscription but payment was already remitted. Members, by making payment for credit packages, agree that all sales are FINAL and understands that NO refunds are offered under any circumstances EXCEPT for site downtime of more than 10 days in which case refund will be for the prorated period of failure. There is no guarantee of how long it will take to use credits earned and/or purchased. (13) Traffic-Exchange-Business.com reserves the right to make amendments to the terms of service without notice.
